Clara Smith is a fashion designer based in New York City. Rooted in the playfulness of the past, her pieces reflect a person who seeks joy in self-expression through fashion. With nods to classic design elements of the 1950s and 60s, her designs are meant to reflect the modern girl, who desires pieces that are functional but stand out from the crowd.

Clara graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with an AAS in Fashion Design in 2022, and is currently continuing her BFA with a concentration in Sportswear, completing her degree in May 2025. She has had internship experience with luxury, contemporary, and private-label brands, and studied in Milan at Politecnico di Milano for the Fall 2023 semester.
